When a refund is offered
A refund will be provided if:
- We need to cancel your booking, or
- We’re unable to fulfil your booking and a suitable alternative time cannot be arranged
In these cases, you’re welcome to a full refund to your original payment method, or you may choose to reschedule instead.
When a refund is not offered
Once your reading has taken place, it is considered delivered in full, and no refunds will be issued after this point — regardless of the outcome or content of the reading.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your own booking, please email us at advisor@psychicgail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled reading. Bookings cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible to reschedule, and no refund will be given.
